WOODEN SEAT SWING - TIMBER PLAYSET ATTACHMENT

The Safeplay rubber belt seat swing attachment comprises a Meranti timber seat suspended from by means of galvanised chain on Safeplay Vesconite swing bearings. The swing bearings include threaded bars on the top of the bearing mounting for easy installation. All that is required to install the swing attachment is for holes to be drilled in the timber beam, of the wooden jungle gym or timber playset, through which the threaded bar ends are inserted and fixed in position by means of a nut and lock nut on the end. Rubber strip seats are available as an option.

The Safeplay range of swings are designed to enable vigorous swinging by the child, the Safeplay Vesconite swing bearings providing smooth safe travel at speed through the swings full arc. Many a parent have been known to hog the swing at times and find it an invigorating experience. Safeplay swings are suitable for use by adults.

Construction

  • Galvansed steel and chain used in construction for rust proofing and corrosion protection.
  • Galvanised threaded bar for easy installation.
  • All welds are full welds, ground down and cleaned up painted with cold galv for further rust prevention.
  • Wooden Meranti timber seats routed along edges for edge softening and sanded to remove splinters. Sealed with varnish.
